Registration Process

Step 1: Identify Your Registration Category

Select the category that best describes you and check the applicable registration fee.

Step 2: Make the Registration Payment

After determining your category and applicable fee, make the payment using the conference bank/payment details provided on the website.

For International Delegates

Please make your registration payment through Zeffy :

  • Once you select your registration category, you will find a Zeffy payment link under the payment details.
  • Kindly complete the required information, make the payment, and save a screenshot of the successful transaction.
  • You will be required to upload this payment screenshot while completing the online registration form.

For all please retain the following:

  • Payment Receipt
  • Transaction ID / UTR Number
  • Payment Confirmation Screenshot

These documents will be required during the registration process.

Step 3: Complete the Online Registration Form

Visit the registration portal and fill in all the required details. Please ensure that all information is entered correctly, as it will be used for conference communication and certificate generation.

Step 4: Upload Payment Proof

Step 5: Review and Submit
